TARAMPS offers a 1-year warranty for new items purchased directly from TARAMPS or its partner stores. To initiate the warranty process for your TARAMPS product, please follow the steps below:
1. At the bottom of this page, click on "Chat with Us" or send an email to service@taramps.com.br.
2. Provide your name, phone number, email, serial number of the device in question, purchase receipt, and describe the issue with the device.
3. Follow the instructions provided by customer service to send your amplifier for repair.
If the data is accepted, we will send you the address of the available repair center to fix your device. We will use the provided information to return the device after the repair.
All items sent to repair centers will undergo a dual verification of warranty terms. If anything not covered by the warranty is identified, the workshop will inform us about the issue. Subsequently, it will be your decision to pay for the repair or receive the device back without repair.
Product exchanges should be requested from the seller. If this option is not available, TARAMPS provides repair services for one year from the date on the label or proof of purchase (the receipt must be sent for analysis).
In case of a lack of parts at the time of repair or any unusual warranty issues, TARAMPS reserves the right to send a new or reconditioned product, equal or superior to the current one, without prior notice to fulfill the warranty request.
If the store does not accept the exchange of your item, the only option within the timeframe will be the warranty repair.
Warranty repair service is available only in countries where we have registered partners. Before proceeding, please ensure that we have representatives in your country.
All products, whether under warranty or not, should be sent to an authorized TARAMPS repair center. In certain warranty cases, the costs for repair and return are covered. For out-of-warranty products, the entire process will be handled privately, including costs and timelines, and must be discussed directly with the repair center.
Yes, it is possible, subject to analysis. The purchase of parts can be made directly from Brazil, including speaker repairs. However, availability depends entirely on our stock. The sale of parts only occurs after availability analysis and is subject to shipping conditions. We reserve the right not to proceed with the sale if the shipping company does not meet the necessary conditions, whether due to stock limitations or shipping constraints.
