When you select Auxiliary Input 1 (AUX1), you can use the integrated player features, such as Bluetooth, USB, SD Card, and Auxiliary Input P2. On the other hand, when using Auxiliary Input 2 (AUX2), you can choose the audio from this input or from the optical input. The optical input includes an AUTO TURN ON/OFF system, which automatically powers the device on or off based on an optical signal, making it ideal for Smart TVs.
The THS 4004 also includes two RCA auxiliary outputs for sending non-amplified signals to other devices, like active subwoofers. Furthermore, it has extra features, such as a microphone input with dedicated volume control, an attenuator, and a Gong function. It also provides general volume adjustment and a bass, mid, and treble equalizer.
